What strikes you most when you enter the house is the feeling of space and light that floods the room through a large window that opens directly onto the terrace. The bold colours give character to the room and the open-plan space is well organised with a sofa corner and a modern kitchen complete with a large glass table.
The transition between outside and inside is facilitated by a huge French window that enlarges the space and makes the terrace a real room with a view.

Our pride and joy is the view from the terrace, which alone is worth the trip. Opposite, the view stretches across the Maremma countryside… Vetulonia, Braccagni, Sticciano, Ribolla, Massa Marittima and, in the background, Mount Amiata.

Waking up in the morning and breathing in the air that comes in through the window, carrying the smell of fresh bread baked in the oven just a few hundred metres away, the sound of bells reminds us that a new day is beginning here in Tuscany.
The sea awaits us with its endless, wild beaches, the surrounding hills covered with olive trees and oak woods are a feast for the eyes, and the towns around here are rich in history and stories to tell.
Active is a completely self-contained 110 m² house on two levels, featuring a large panoramic terrace at the front overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean scrub and a small private garden at the rear.
